Kholo doesn't guess. If an item, pack size, pricing tier, or quantity does not meet a strict confidence threshold, Kholo flags the order with a warning and holds it for one-click clerk review. Your warehouse never receives a hallucinated order.

Do our customers have to download an app or change how they order?

Accepted Answer

No. Your customers keep sending WhatsApp messages and voice notes exactly as they do today. Kholo works completely on your side between WhatsApp and your ERP.

How does Kholo connect to our existing ERP?

We connect directly to systems like Sage Evolution and provide Universal Webhooks for Xero, Syspro, SAP, or custom inventory databases. For businesses without an API, clerks can print warehouse pick slips directly from Kholo.

Can Kholo understand voice notes in local South African languages?

Yes. Kholo's voice transcription pipeline is specifically tuned for South African English, Afrikaans, isiZulu, and Sesotho, including common trade shorthand and product nicknames.
